Today, February 22, at the meeting of the Organizing Committee of the National Selection for participation in Eurovision 2022, it was decided that the group Kalush Orchestra will represent Ukraine at the international song contest in Turin.
"We are grateful to everyone who supported us during the final of the Eurovision Song Contest 2022 and gave us the first place in the SMS voting. We promise every Ukrainian that we will justify your choice. In difficult times for our country, we must again assert ourselves for the whole world. Therefore, we are ready to present Ukraine in front of Europe," said the group's vocalist Oleg Psyuk.
Let us remind you that in the final of the National Competition, the musicians with the track "Stefania" took 2nd place in the final table, losing 1 point to Alina Pash and her "Shadows of Forgotten Ancestors". The highest score was given by the jury of the song contest.
