In the Odessa region, there is an influx of people who want to be vaccinated

For the fourth day in a row.

Over the past 1 hours, 418 people have been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the Odesa region, 24 patients have died, and 218 have recovered.

According to the Ministry of Health, the region is the leader in the number of patients for the fourth consecutive day. It is followed by Kharkiv (1412) and Dnipropetrovsk (1203) regions.

In Ukraine, the number of infected people reached 15, including 579 children and 1 medical workers.

Meanwhile, with the entry of the Odesa region into the "red" zone and the introduction of strict restrictions, Odessans began to be vaccinated en masse. Because of this, people line up in long queues at Mass Vaccination Centers.

In order to reduce queues for vaccination, new mass vaccination centers are opening in Odessa. They will work every day from 9:00 a.m. to 18:00 p.m. at the following addresses:

  • trans. Semaforny, 4, Fontan Sky shopping center,
  • St. Semena Palia, 125-B, DEPOt Shopping Center,
  • St. Davyda Oistrakh, 32, City Center Shopping Center,
  • 2 Nebesnoy Sotny Ave., City Center Shopping Center,
  • sq. Derevyanko, 1, publishing house "Chernomorye".

In addition, stationary vaccination points continue to operate daily in all Central Medical Centers of Odessa.

On the other hand, there are not enough masks, gloves, suits, disinfectants, and antiseptics in Odessa's covid hospitals. This was reported by acting director of the city health department Levon Nikohosyan.

According to him, all protective equipment must be purchased through a tender, which lasts 1-1,5 months, or may not take place at all. Due to the fact that the number of patients is constantly growing, all of the above is not enough.

Horzdrav appealed to regional health and the Ministry of Health with a request to somehow resolve this issue.

At the same time, everything is fine with medicines - they are ordered according to a simplified procedure.

"As for medicines, hospitals buy them according to the Covid-XNUMX procedure, and they arrive at the hospitals quite quickly. We have a sufficient supply of them, even expensive ones," said Levon Nikohosyan.

It should be noted that last year the provision of hospitals was provided by volunteers, primarily by the "Monster Corporation" fund.
