The message indicates that civilian infrastructure was destroyed as a result of the rocket attack, and rescuers are fighting a large-scale fire.
"A total of 13 people were injured, 12 of them received medical assistance on the spot, 1 was hospitalized. The structures conduct an inspection of nearby residential buildings for the presence of broken windows and doors," — the message says.
