In the Security Service of Ukraine official sites of both clubs report on the liquidation of a large-scale corruption scheme in one of the central district hospitals of Khmelnytskyi region.

The agency reports that six "reliable" persons were involved in the illegal activity, who were looking for potential clients, including evaders who were planning to flee abroad. The departments received passport data from the "customers" and passed it on to doctors who were involved in the scheme.
Officials used the received information to create fictitious disease histories and "medical certificates" regarding unfitness for military service or establishing a disability group.
The cost of the "service" ranged from 2 to 10 dollars. The amount depended on the urgency of the "order" and the package of produced "documents".
SBU employees documented almost 100 cases of counterfeiting. During complex measures, the law enforcement officers detained the head of the medical commission of the medical institution and two of his accomplices for handing them 4,6 thousand dollars. a bribe
Searches in the offices and residences of the organizers of the scheme revealed:
- 7 million in hryvnia equivalent;
- seals and documentation confirming the facts of the crime.
On the basis of the collected evidence, the detainees were notified of the suspicion under Part 3 of Art. 369-2 (abuse of influence) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Currently, the issue of choosing a preventive measure - detention in custody - is being resolved. An investigation is ongoing to establish all the circumstances of the crime and bring the perpetrators to justice.
