In Kiev, on October 3, the sixth March in memory of the victims of Baby Yar took place, timed to the 80th anniversary of the tragedy. This was reported in the Telegram channel of the United Jewish Community of Ukraine.
The column of participants followed the same route along which the victims of the tragedy, most of whom were Jews, went to be shot in Babiy Yar in 1941. Up to 1 people took part in the Remembrance March, including members of the Jewish communities of Vinnytsia, Bratslav and students of one of the schools in Zaporozhye.
The March ended with the Kaddish prayer read by Rabbi Shlomo Wilhelm.
