The National Charitable Rating "Women Who Inspire" was launched in Odesa. This is a new socially significant project organized by the International Expert Club (IEC) and the rating agency "ElitExpert".
As it became known during the conference in the Odesit press center, this project consists of three stages: expert voting with the formation of the TOP-100; popular vote of online users; charity auction to transfer collected funds to the "Monsters Corporation" charity fund.
The main selection criterion is women who are undisputed leaders of public opinion, whose successful example motivates and inspires others.
At the moment, the list of TOP-100 women has already been formed. Since the beginning of February, 50 independent experts have been working on it, who evaluated the applicants on a 10-point scale. The TOP 100 women were selected from among 214 applicants. According to the chairman of the board of the International Expert Club, Olena Ovchinnykova, the rating was created in order to draw attention to charity in a difficult time for Ukraine - an activity that unites people regardless of status, income and spheres of activity.
"We decided to make such a project in order to show those women who today are a positive example for everyone, who can lead, whose experience you want to imitate and who you want to follow. There are a lot of such women in every field," said Olena Ovchinnikova.
On February 15, the second stage of the project will begin - on the website of the National Rating Platform elitukraine.com a list of women from the TOP-100 will be presented. After that, everyone can make their choice by voting for one or another woman. It will be impossible to vote twice for one woman. According to the organizers, the main goal of the event is "not to hold another vanity fair, but to do a good deed by uniting together."
"I believe that a woman is the best half of humanity. As for Odessa in particular and those women who inspire us, there are a lot of them in various fields. This is also volunteer activity, these are representatives of sports, journalists, officials, doctors. The idea is good, first of all, because we will emphasize the importance of these women, show that we respect them and that they are of great importance for our city," said rating expert, director of the Odesa Zoo Ihor Belyakov.
The list of the beautiful half of humanity includes women who represent various fields of activity: sports, volunteering, mass media, business, politics, local government, medicine, science, culture, public activities.
"This is quite a diverse wide list, there are businesswomen and representatives of culture. Public figures and journalists are quite widely represented. This is understandable, because those who bring information to society - they have influence, because a plot or news can be both upsetting and inspiring," said Olena Knyazeva, rating expert and director of the Sociological Information and Research Center "Pulse".
The final stage will be a charity auction. It will take place on March 15 at a solemn awarding ceremony for rating laureates in the concert hall of Victory Gardens. Each woman who entered the TOP-100 will be able to auction her lot, which anyone can buy. The starting price of any lot is UAH 3000. All money from the auction will be donated to the "Monsters Corporation" charitable foundation, which is headed by Kateryna Nozhevnikova.
We plan to collect 100 lots. This is the number we are targeting. Lots will be significant and high-quality, at least we will try. We will also conduct work among potential buyers so that it is a competitive struggle, and not just a "buying and selling", - said economist and organizer of many auctions Eduard Karazhiya.
In turn, on the "Elite of Ukraine" website, you will be able to read about each woman who entered the TOP-100, learn about her success story, as well as information about her lot. Anyone can buy 70 of the hundred lots online by registering and transferring money to the BF account. After that, the buyer will receive an invitation to the event. The purchased lot can be received at the ceremonial part or in the charity fund itself. On March 15, about 30 lots will be raffled off in Victory Gardens.
"The lot can be material or not. The main task is not just to buy something beautiful and valuable, but to commit an act of charity," said Olena Ovchinnikova.
A similar project will also be held in Kyiv, where the All-Ukrainian ranking of TOP-100 inspiring women will be formed. The organizers of the event emphasized that thanks to this event, charity can become part of our culture, and a new behavioral criterion can be formed in society - to help those who need help.
