Rating agency EliteExpert continues the global study of the effectiveness of heads of communities and heads of district administrations of the Odesa region. As part of this project, the agency's experts analyzed the situation with the largest tenders in Odesa region for November 2023.
Despite the statement of the state leadership about the inexpediency of budget expenditures for anything except the Armed Forces and critical needs in communities, the authorities continue to repair stadiums and build parks.
Experts selected the strangest and unnecessarily inflated tenders, which clearly have no place in the budget of a warring country.

Therefore, "fast drivers" will need to drive 50-100 km for fuel, as before.
