Odesa Oblast has left the list of leaders in terms of the incidence of COVID-19

The region is in sixth place.

As of the morning of November 18, 20 new cases of coronavirus have been recorded in Ukraine. In particular, 591 children and 1 medical workers fell ill. This was reported in the press service of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

During the day, 19 people died from COVID-752, 19 patients recovered.

Also, over the past day, 3 people were hospitalized, and 907 people were vaccinated against COVID-297.

According to doctors, last week 88,2% of those hospitalized with COVID-19 were unvaccinated patients.

According to the Ministry of Health, the Odesa region left the list of leaders in terms of morbidity. Over the past day, 1 new cases were detected in the region.

The largest number of confirmed cases were registered in Kyiv (1), Dnipropetrovsk (483), Zaporozhye (1), Donetsk (892), and Poltava (1) regions. Odesa Region is in sixth place.

It should be noted that the Odesa region may leave the "red" quarantine zone as early as next week. This was reported by the head of the Center for Healthcare Economics of the Kyiv School of Economics, Yury Ganichenko.

So, from November 22, the Odessa region has every chance to be in the "orange" quarantine zone. Also, the improvement of the epidemiological situation was noticed in the Zaporozhye, Kyiv and Luhansk regions.
