On the morning of January 12, a rally of residents of the village of Novoselovka and Odessites took place at the walls of the prosecutor's office of the Odesa region on Pushkinskaya street, demanding that the prosecutor's office finally deal with the illegal closure of the case related to the scandalous raiding of an enterprise in the Kyliy district.
We are talking about the agricultural cooperative "Enikioi", which in 2017 was reorganized into a private enterprise - according to local residents, by forging documents. Law enforcement officers opened 11 criminal proceedings related to the scam, but none of them were brought to an end, and half of them were closed altogether.
After the reorganization, the company was taken over by lawyer Mladen Barduk. As the participants of the action told our correspondent, Mr paid prosecutors a large bribe - 80 thousand dollars, so that criminal cases against the egos of people connected with the raider seizure are closed.
Anatoly Kolomiets, head of the International Anti-Corruption Assembly in Odesa Region, who represents the interests of the victims, noted that Barduk has already sold the company to a third party for $1,5 million.
"The lawyer Mladlen Barduk is behind this whole scheme in collusion with the company's chief accountant. They forged documents and kicked people out of the cooperative. Now they are under the threat of dismissal and being beaten to keep the people working at the Enikioi enterprise in fear. Our organization has repeatedly appealed to all authorities, it has already reached the announcement of suspicion - as far as we know, it is already ready. But the prosecutor's office is sabotaging this proceeding," the anti-corruption official said.
In turn, the deputy head of the assembly Georgy Moshkovsky added that before the company was owned by the villagers, who had to lose the cooperative due to a fraudulent scheme.
— "Enikioi" is the only enterprise in the village of Novoselovka, Kyli district, which provided work for the majority of its residents. But when it passed to private owners, the village stopped developing. Now people have nowhere to work, and the owners of the enterprise are not doing anything to bring the village to its senses - it is dying," said Moshkovsky.
Anatoly Kolomiets, who has been fighting against the raiders for more than two years, added that he repeatedly appealed to various parties and deputies who wrote relevant requests to the regional prosecutor's office, but the supervisory authority continued to ignore any requests.
In this regard, the anti-corruption official announced the "Prosecutor's Maidan":
"On February 1, we and the victims will go to Kyiv, to the Prosecutor General's Office, to seek answers. If we don't get him there, then, no later than February 5, we will organize a Maidan right outside the walls of the Odesa Regional Prosecutor's Office," he said.
Addressing the employees of the prosecutor's office, Anatoly Kolomiets promised to bring the case to an end:
"We will find out who took the bribe to close the Enikioi case and we will force you to work. You should put fraudsters in prison, and not be a supermarket where any thief can take your money after the theft!".
