Law enforcement officers detained in Odessa a former employee of the "Cobra" special unit (GAI), who created a criminal organization engaged in the theft of Lexus, Jaguar, BMW, Land Rover, Toyota, Honda, and Audi cars. The 38-year-old fugitive had been hiding from law enforcement officers for more than a year. It has been established that he has eight episodes to his credit, however, at this time, investigators are investigating the real number of thefts committed.
