The state's position on restrictions for men abroad is clear. There will be no remote documents for men of conscription age. This was announced by the adviser to the head of the Office of the President Mykhailo Podolyak in an interview with Channel 24.
He noted that Ukrainians need to wait for additional explanations regarding the work of consular services when the new law on mobilization comes into force.
However, as Podolyak noted, the state's position remains unchanged, documents will be issued on the territory of Ukraine.
"There is an absolutely clear position of the state - there will be no remote documents. Please come, get these documents on the spot." — said the adviser to the head of the Office of the President.
Recall that the other day, the Cabinet of Ministers banned sending foreign passports and passports of Ukrainian citizens abroad. Men aged 18 to 60 will not be able to obtain foreign passports while outside Ukraine.
Also, since April 23, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs limited the provision of consular services men aged 18-60 outside of Ukraine until the new law comes into effect (it will come into effect on May 18).
