The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decided to declassify information about the salaries of the management of state-owned companies.
This decision was made during the plenary session today, January 29.
In particular, the document proposes to ensure the openness of information about the structure, principles of formation and amounts of remuneration, remuneration, additional benefit of the head, deputy head of a legal entity under public law, a state enterprise or a state organization whose purpose is to obtain profit, a person holding a permanent or temporary position a member of the executive body or a member of the supervisory board of an economic society, in the charter capital of which more than 50% of the shares (shares) directly or indirectly belong to the state and/or territorial community.
Also, the specified legal entities are proposed to be classified as managers of public information, and the corresponding information cannot be classified as information with limited access.
