The Court of Appeal confirmed the refusal to satisfy the claim of the mayor of Cherkassy, Anatoliy Bondarenko, to the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, for the protection of honor and dignity and the recovery of compensation for moral damages in full.
