65,16 hryvnias - that's how much a portion of borscht for four people, prepared according to a traditional recipe, will cost.
Compared to October last year, the price increased by 5,52%. Such data were published in the Office of Effective Regulation.
The prices of beets, carrots and cabbage increased the most: + 62,43%, + 35,01% and + 34,87%, respectively. Now, for 1 kilogram, the price of beets is UAH 8,17, carrots — UAH 7,79, and cabbage — UAH 7.
Other ingredients have also increased in price, but not so noticeably.
Only potatoes (-8,05%) and sour cream (-8,04%) fell in price. Compared to last year's prices, in October of this year, a kilogram of potatoes cost about 7,5 UAH.
According to experts, the reduction in the price of potatoes is a seasonal phenomenon. However, they do not predict a significant increase in prices. After all, in Ukraine, agrarians have collected a sufficient amount of ego.
