Specialists of the laboratory center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine in the Odesa region discovered violations of sanitary and microbiological indicators of sea water on the beach at the 16th station of Bolshoi Fontana.
The press service of the Ministry of Health reported this on September 7. At the same time, other beaches in the region are safe for swimming, the department says.
93 samples of sea water were collected in Odesa, Ovidyopol, Lyman, Belgorod-Dniester, Kiliy and Tatarbunar districts for the study of microbiological parameters.
Another 25 samples of sea water were checked for sanitary and chemical indicators - all of them also turned out to be normal.
