Areas for bathing and recreation are officially open. The Mayor of Odesa, Gennadiy Trukhanov, held an on-site meeting on the beaches that are ready to be visited.
"We signed a joint order with the Commander of the operational strategic group of troops "Odesa" Eduard Moskalev on people's access to the sea."
The first open areas:
— Caleton beach
— Inclusive beach
— municipal beach (District 14 Fontanu)
— "Ikra" beach
— "Seagull" beach
— municipal beach (District 10 Fontanu)
People are allowed to stay from 08:00 to 20:00. The list will be supplemented over time (as inspections are carried out)
During an air alert, when suspicious objects are detected, during a storm of 2 points, on coastal structures (piers, breakwaters, breakwaters), outside the bathing areas, it is PROHIBITED!
"Our task is to prepare all the necessary infrastructure. However, in my personal opinion, a beach holiday - exactly a REST - is a bit out of time while our defenders are fighting for every meter of Ukrainian land." Trukhanov emphasized.
In open areas for swimming, the presence of a rescue boat and protective mesh fences against explosive objects is mandatory.
If necessary, inspections of the underwater and surface waters of the Black Sea should be organized by the diving service.
Daily cleaning of the coast in the absence of an emergency.
Access to the waters of the Black Sea by any vessel, except rescue services, is PROHIBITED!
