The favorite of the Ukrainian audience, the star of the TV series "Real Mystique", during her acting career she played almost a hundred roles in theater and cinema. She is often invited to act, she regularly tours the country with performances and feels the support and love of the audience everywhere. On her next visit to Odessa, Elena Repina told us about her life, her attitude to the other world, about the coronavirus and even a little about politics.
ABOUT THE SERIES "REAL MYSTIC"
By and large, the series "Real Mystique", in which I had the honor to act, is not based on mysticism, but on the fact that there are a lot of vile people around us. Negodyaev, who do not care about those who live next to him, even about relatives, even about his beloved or beloved, and the whole "mystique" consists in the fact that someone wants to "squeeze" an apartment, a car, remove a rich wife from the road, and so on. We have filmed 722 episodes and many plots are taken from real life.
I remember such a case - a rich grandfather lived for himself, worked at a good job, collected antiques, but in his old age he became superstitious, afraid of death, and his potential son-in-law was a chemist. And it cost nothing to this scoundrel, they pour some kind of substance into the grandfather's tea, and now the grandfather is really drinking "bloody" tea... And with a sick heart, literally three or four such "hokhmas", and the grandfather dies his own death.
Therefore, there really should be people who explain that there is mysticism in its purest form, and there are just scoundrels whom we have covered for seven years.
As an actress, I am very pleased to receive many messages that, let's say, "thanks to the TV series "Real Mystique", my grandson is no longer afraid of anything and says that there is a rational explanation for everything."
ABOUT THE OTHER SIDE IN REAL LIFE
I believe in God, I am Orthodox, but this does not mean that I do not believe in mysticism. For example, I personally know a woman named Elvyra: she lives in beautiful Transcarpathia, she is not a doctor, but women who cannot get pregnant and give birth to a child, after meeting with this woman come and give birth to children safely. Despite the fact that all the doctors had already put the cross on these women. How to explain this?
There is such a subtle matter that some people can really look into our souls. I don't know if they are good psychologists, or wizards, or magicians, but there is such a thing. I myself, to be honest, used to think well on cards, but now I stopped doing it — because after every professional card layout, when it is done for the soul, not for money, then a headache, nausea, and so on appear. But the last time I laid out cards for a young cameraman was on the set of the TV series "Neighbors". I told him that soon his girlfriend will get pregnant and he will marry her. He laughed for a long time, and a week later he came and said: "I'm sorry!" Now he already has two girls.
Therefore, I believe that mysticism exists in real life. In addition, for several years now I have been the host of the award ceremony of the international mystical Messing Prize, which was founded by Denis Malakhov from Odessa.
ABOUT THE CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC
I am against the mask regime. A huge number of microbes appear in the mask we breathe into. I am for fresh air, for a shower twice a day — in the morning and in the evening — and no coronavirus will touch you.
Throughout the history of mankind, there have been some kind of pandemics - take Europe, which was mowed down by epidemics of smallpox, plague, cholera, and so on...
I am very sorry that so many good and cool establishments could not withstand the quarantine and closed. And these are people, dozens, hundreds, who worked there. Now they are unemployed, and who felt good about it?
I don't understand what they are doing to us now, covering themselves with covid. To whom it is written in the family, as God will give. After all, people die from appendicitis, and from the flu, and in general, there is an impression that strokes and heart attacks have stopped happening to people in Ukraine, there is only the coronavirus.
O REASON WILL VICTORY
Therefore, I would like reason to prevail in our country.
Now the authorities allocate half a billion hryvnias on Afghan refugees... Yes, I also feel sorry for Afghan refugees, but I also feel sorry for our old people who throw themselves out of windows because of hunger, I feel sorry for children, I feel sorry for our pensioners... (switches to Ukrainian language).
I speak the Ukrainian language perfectly, I love the Ukrainian language. I had a lot of experience working at Khreshchatyk, 26, as a live presenter on the Kultura channel, but my soul and heart ache for what is being done to our literary Ukrainian language. If someone tells me that we need to develop the language and for that we need to put the words "kapets" and "pipets" there... Good people, I have a husband from Transcarpathia, from Tyachiv, it doesn't happen further west. I understand the Transcarpathian dialect, but it is not a real Ukrainian language. Let's be clear: when I hear a dialect, whether it's Eastern or Western, then I'm sorry, here you have to either take off the cross or put on pants.
As for education, young people don't even know Shevchenko's poems! I once talked with a 16-year-old boy, a great patriot according to him, and I said to him: tell me a poem by Taras Shevchenko. But the boy didn't know anything, not even "I'm past thirteen."
Therefore, I also have questions about education. Can the education be remote, on the screen? Or the case when the teacher put a pan on her head in class while talking about Euromaidan. I understand that this is patriotic, but conducting a history lesson in a pot is still too much if we want to be a European civilized country. You have to respect yourself.
O LOVE TO ODESSA
My love for Odessa is simply immeasurable. When I hear this real Odessa speech, I want to open my mouth like a child and listen to these people. And even if I walk in heels and twist my leg on the uneven road in Odessa, I still never get angry. Because everything that was bright, radiant and kind in my life is connected with Odessa. As in the song, this is "not a garden, but a bride", who you want to hug in her white elegant veil.
