In the Kremlin, Zelenskyi's words about a full-scale war with Russia are considered "fantasy" and "KVN".

The Russian authorities called President Volodymyr Zelensky's arguments about the possibility of a full-scale war between Russia and Ukraine as fiction, KVN and apocalyptic fantasies.

In particular, the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Peskov, reported that Moscow "regretfully received such a statement from the Ukrainian leader."

"We would not like to give in to some apocalyptic expectations," he said.

At the same time, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that Zelensky's words "reek of KVN", in which Zelensky used to play.

"I still see echoes of KVN here. Maybe this is how you need to win the hearts of your voters? But it is sad if there is no other way," said the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry.

He added that "it is sad when the president of Ukraine uses methods that are appropriate for attracting voters' votes."

Let us remind you that on the morning of September 10, President Volodymyr Zelensky told journalists at the YES Brainstorming forum that he allows the possibility of a full-scale war with Russia.

"I believe that this will be the biggest mistake of the Russian Federation. I believe that there will never be a neighborhood between Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus, because there is a presence of Russia there on the territory... This is the scariest thing that I can imagine, but, unfortunately, there is such a possibility," he said.
