Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a letter to Russian President Vladimir Putin with detailed information about the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh. This was reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia.
It is noted that Pashinyan described the transfer of foreign terrorists from the Middle East and their participation in the fighting in Nagorno-Karabakh.
"The Prime Minister appealed to the President of the Russian Federation to immediately hold consultations with the aim of determining the type and amount of assistance that the Russian Federation can provide to the Republic of Armenia to ensure its security, based on the allied relations between Armenia and Russia and Article 2 of the Treaty on Friendship, Cooperation and Mutual Assistance August 29, 1997," the message says.
At the same time, Baku has not yet published an official response to the enemy's move. However, on the evening of October 30, the country announced that the Azerbaijani army had destroyed the Osa anti-aircraft missile complex used by Armenia in the Aghdam direction of the front.
The day before, the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia agreed on further steps to settle the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh. After six hours of negotiations, the parties decided not to shoot at the civilian population of the region.
Before that, they repeatedly agreed on a ceasefire, but immediately violated the regime, accusing each other of shelling.
