German prosecutors and investigators already have all the necessary information for the Ukrainian investigation into the circumstances of Kharkiv Mayor Gennady Kernes' stay in Germany, Ukrainian mass media write.
According to journalists, German authorities officially confirm that Kernes was transported to Germany on September 16, 2020 in a critical condition and in a coma as a result of a stroke.
He did not come out of the coma, including in the period from 16.09.20 to 24.09.20, which means that he has no documents in September 2020 for his registration as a candidate for mayor of Kharkov and a candidate for deputy of the city council. days could not sign.
He could neither read, nor write, nor understand everything that was happening and, of course, could not issue any instructions or powers of attorney.
