Black magician Denys Malakhov organized a single picket near the city hall of Odessa on the morning of March 17 before the start of the city council session, the correspondent of Elitexpert reports.
The magician settled down on the Duma Square on a folding bed with a funeral wreath in his hands, on which is written: "Kingdom of Heaven to Brik and deputies." The earth is down to you!".
As Malakhov said, he demands that the local authorities respond to the situation in Mayakovsky Lane, where the "Bryk" hotel and the discotheque are located, the noise of which disturbs local residents.
"The music blares throughout the district almost every night and prevents the residents of the neighboring houses from sleeping," he said.
According to him, earlier local residents appealed to law enforcement officers for help, but this did not bring results.
"The police were called repeatedly, but the club continues to work even during the quarantine period," said Malakhov.
As a reminder, on October 12, Odessans outraged by loud music blocked the roadway at the intersection of Preobrazhenskaya Street and Mayakovsky Lane.
