On April 3 and 4, the Odesa Philharmonic Hall will host the theater and circus show WISH, created by world legends of circus art. Sergey Andreev, the president of the production company Magicbox, told about this at the press conference.
The show is a multi-genre production combining elements of theater, circus and magic. More than 25 people are involved in the project, including artists of the famous Cirque Du Soleil, America's Got Talent finalist, gold medalists and Grand Prix winners of the largest circus and magic festivals.
As the founder of Art Vision Production, juggler, Cirque Du Soleil artist Viktor Ky said: "This is a performance for the whole family. The plot is based on the mysterious journey of a girl who made a wish for her birthday - to find her talent. And this wish comes true."
The main character of the play is an aerial gymnast. The unique comedy magician Maestro Voronin and one of the best equilibrists in the world, Andrey Bondarenko, will also perform on stage. In addition, jugglers and acrobats take part in the show, and you will be able to see unique numbers with aerial fabrics.
"This is a theatrical performance using interactive visual effects, you won't see sports here. His Majesty's Art is waiting for you," Viktor Ky emphasized.
The director and choreographer of the project is Cirque Du Soleil artist, French acrobat Aurelia Cats.
"Creating this show, we wanted to show viewers how to find themselves and their inner happiness," she commented.
The music for the performance was written by the famous French composer Remy Bailet. The performance lasts an hour and a half.
Note that in addition to Odessa, the show will be presented in Mykolaiv and Kyiv.
"Further we plan to develop this project. I am sure that he has a huge international future," added Andreev.
