The sale of the territory and property of the state-owned facility "South Correctional Colony No. 51" in Odessa has failed for the second time.
According to the data of the "Prozorro" platform, the reason for this was the lack of people willing to participate in the auction.
Let us remind you that the state wants to receive 9 million 223 thousand for the plot at Lustdorfskaya doroga, 250. 425 hryvnias.
The Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Odesa and Mykolaiv Oblasts immediately scheduled a new auction — for September 6.
The new price for those wishing to purchase objects of the dilapidated complex and the land under them will be 111 million 625 thousand. 212 hryvnias — that is, exactly two times less than planned.
"The criterion for selecting the auction winner is 100% payment," the "Prozorro" website notes.
The land area of the colony is 5,983 hectares, the built-up area is 14 square meters. The distance from the colony to the center of Odessa is 482 km, to the sea is 4 km. It is assumed that the colony will be demolished, and residential quarters will be built in its place.
In May 2019, this colony suffered during a riot of convicts who set it on fire, after which it was disbanded.
