The Euroterminal company expands the range of services and opportunities for its clients. On the territory of the cargo complex of OOO "Euroterminal", within the borders of the international checkpoint "Odessa Sea Trade Port", an open customs warehouse was built in accordance with the requirements of all legal norms (according to the Order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine until August 2012 - a customs and licensed warehouse or TLS).
«We offer a new type of service — TLS services, — commented the general director of the Euroterminal company Alexander Eismont, — now our clients and clients of Odessa Port have the opportunity to store cargo under customs control in the TLS mode, which, in turn, allows solving such tasks as:
- work with consolidated cargo,
- the possibility of using consignment contracts in the work,
- placement of foreign goods in a customs warehouse with preservation of the status of foreign goods for the period of storage,
- the ability to form and prepare for shipment small batches of goods placed in a customs warehouse, as well as other operations provided for by the customs legislation of Ukraine«.
As the shippers note, the storage of goods on the territory of the Sukhoi Port TLS will have a positive effect on the cost of delivery not only due to the absence of customs duties and fees, but also due to the optimization of costs for service services. This is especially relevant for combined cargoes, when the accumulation, formation and customs clearance of the consignment takes place within one warehouse of the Euroterminal multimodal center.
