On October 31, special mayoral elections are held in Kharkiv. During voting, voters can cast their vote without presenting a vaccination certificate or a covid-test.
10 candidates are applying for the post of mayor:
1. Viktor Velychkov, self-proclaimed, 64 years old, pensioner.
2. Mikhail Dobkin, self-promoted, 51, councilor.
3. Dmitry Marinin, self-employed, 54 years old, graduate student.
4. Alina Mustafaeva, self-employed, 28 years old, director of Ekokar LLC.
5. Konstantin Nemychev, self-proclaimed, 25 years old, head of the Kharkiv National Corps.
6. Vladimir Pletnev, Sharia party, 60 years old, entrepreneur.
7. Sergey Ryapolov, self-employed, 30 years old, unemployed.
8. Alexander Skoryk, "European Solidarity" party, 46 years old, director of MK "Mesnoy".
9. Igor Terekhov, "Block Kernes - Successful Kharkiv", 54 years old, secretary of Kharkiv City Council.
10. Denys Yaroslavsky, self-proclaimed, 39 years old, lawyer.
