Mikka's cat, whose owner is Natalya Zubareva, a resident of Zhytomyr, entered the Book of Records of Ukraine in the "Unique Animals" category, as the first socialized cat in Ukraine.
The representative of the Book of Records of Ukraine Yulia Belyovskaya told about the uniqueness of the cat, which is not afraid of people or transport during the presentation of the record document.
"Today we came to a very interesting and unique record. In general, the Book of Records very rarely records records related to animals. After studying the behavior of the animal, we found that Mickey is really unique, because for cats it is very unusual behavior - to be in the center of attention, they are not afraid of people, transport. Natalya found her ego on the street. You can say that the cat won a lottery ticket. Mikky is a sensitive and unique cat, and therefore we are awarding the record of the first socialized cat in Ukraine," said the representative of the Book of Records.
His owner, Natalya, says that he takes Mikky everywhere in a baby carriage - through the streets and shops. I am very happy with the record.
"Incomparable joy, because five years were not easy. People react in different ways to the fact that I am rolling a cat in a stroller, but I believe that this will start a new era of treatment of animals and an era for animals," Natalya said.
