On the initiative of the Migration Police Department of Ukraine, a 34-year-old citizen of Azerbaijan had his immigration permit and residence permit revoked in Ukraine.
It was established that the foreigner was a confidant of a "criminal authority" who was detained by operatives of the Odessa police in December of this year. The man constantly participated in the "meetings" of criminal authorities, the organization and execution of commissioned criminals. In addition, the foreigner had previously been subject to criminal proceedings on several occasions, including for hooliganism and illegal handling of weapons.
Also, this year alone, two administrative protocols were drawn up for him. Therefore, law enforcement officers have reason to believe that further stay on the territory of Ukraine is contrary to the interests of national security and protection of public order, as well as the protection of health, protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens of Ukraine and other persons living in Ukraine. On December 28, the foreigner was expelled from the country. He has been banned from entering Ukraine for three years.
