The United States of America is thinking about what additional weapons to provide to Ukraine to protect against Russian aggression. This was stated by US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken in an interview «Radio Svoboda»
Journalists reminded Blinken about two recent statements from representatives of the leadership of Ukraine. One concerned the request to the United States to provide Ukraine with anti-aircraft defense systems and anti-sniper technologies, and the second was that the United States should deploy Patriot anti-aircraft missile systems in Ukraine.
Considering the above, she asked the Secretary of State whether the US is considering the possibility of providing Ukraine with something from the above.
"Of course, we will consider any request. Here, the key partner of Ukraine is the Pentagon. Now we are thinking about what kind of additional help — in addition to the very significant help that we have already provided, in particular equipment — would be useful for Ukraine right now.
