Ukraine opened its pavilion at the "Expo-2020" exhibition in Dubai - it's a shame to look at it

It cost taxpayers 13 million hryvnias.

At the World Exhibition "Expo-2020" in Dubai, which is the largest exhibition event on the planet and unites more than 190 countries of the world, the Ukrainian Pavilion opened on October 1.

For the first time in the history of world exhibitions, each country has its own pavilion, and in addition, separate pavilions were erected for international organizations and partners of the exhibition. The exhibition takes place at the Dubai Exhibition Center and will last until the end of March next year. "Expo-2020" was supposed to be held from the end of October last year to the beginning of April this year, but due to the pandemic, the date of the event was postponed by an hour, but the numbers 2020 in the name were left for marketing purposes.

Meanwhile, many experts in Ukraine were critical of how the Ukrainian pavilion was designed.

In particular, the coordinators of numerous Ukrainian projects at leading international forums note that "looking at our pavilion, it becomes extremely painful for Ukraine."

As you know, the main direction of the main world exhibition is the presentation of the latest technologies to attract investments to our countries. However, Ukraine, which is famous throughout the world for its culture, education, science and tolerance, was presented at the opening with haystacks, a booth and a windmill.

According to experts, this is simply disgraceful.

We note that the Ministry of Economic Development of Ukraine spent 367 million hryvnias on the construction of this pavilion — that is, more than 13 million US dollars.
