Leonid Volkov, the head of the regional network of headquarters of the Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny, was declared an interstate wanted person. He is involved in the case of involvement of minors in unauthorized rallies.

The press center said that the court had registered the request of the investigation to arrest Volkov in absentia.
According to the court, Volkov is on trial for involving minors in unauthorized protest actions. He was charged under Part 2 of Art. 151.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The maximum penalty for this part of the article is imprisonment for a term of up to three years.
