The message states that 33,6% of respondents indicated that tariffs for them have increased significantly since the new year, 31,3% rated the increase in tariffs as small, 20,4% of respondents answered that tariffs have not changed, and only 3,9% indicated on their reduction.

According to the study, almost half of Ukrainians (46,5%) place responsibility for the inadequacy of housing and communal services tariffs on the central government, 14,8% of respondents blame resource suppliers, 13,2% on local authorities, and 8% on international structures. Only 5,2% of respondents said that the tariffs are adequate.
