The organizers of the 12th Odessa International Film Festival, which will be held from August 14 to 21, announced the program of the National Competition. This became known during the press conference.
Note that this year the film festival will be timed to the 30th anniversary of Ukraine's independence and will be held with an emphasis on national cinema. The only competition program of the festival will be the National competition (full and short), the winners of which will receive awards for the best film, best director and best acting.
Thus, the National competition program included six full-length films: "Kings of Rap", "Blindfolded", "Space", "National Museum", "Stop-Earth" and "Rival".
Also, eight short films will be shown in the National program: "Run, Tanya, Run", "Unnecessary Things", "The Second Wave", "Daddy's Sneakers", "Leopolis night", "Maria", "The Tiger Roams Around" and "Good boy ".
