Over the past two years, the 70-year-old mother of the deputy from "Servants of the People" Andrey Klochko has become the owner of two apartments in Kyiv, a house, land plots and a car. The market value of this property is now approximately UAH 14,5 million, the story says Bihus.info.
In August 2021, Natalia Klochko bought two apartments (200 and 68 sq. m) and a non-residential premises (4,5 sq. m) in the capital "Riviera" residential complex near the "Slavutich" metro station. The average price per square meter in this residential complex is 35. UAH Therefore, the real estate of the mother of the people's deputy should cost about UAH 9,5 million.
Before that, in April 2021, a woman bought a house of 150 square meters. m near Brovary in the village of Pobeda, where the Viva Village Town cottage town is located. Similar houses are sold there for 1,8 million hryvnias.
In 2020, a woman became the owner of 24 acres of land in the village of Blystavitsa, which is located 25 km from Kyiv. Its value is estimated at 2 million hryvnias.

In a comment to Bihus.Info journalists, Klochko said that he did not finance the purchase of his mother's real estate and advised him to contact her directly.
