In the city of Noginsk, Moscow Region, early on Wednesday, September 8, a gas explosion occurred in a multi-story residential building. At least fifteen people were injured.
"Preliminarily, the second and third floors of the building and partially the fourth floor collapsed. There are victims. The information was received at 06:55," the Ministry of Emergency Situations said
The Ministry of Emergency Situations clarified that three people, including two children, were saved after the explosion.
All residents were evacuated. Russian Guard officers also arrived at the scene of the emergency, cordoning off the area around the house.
