The Shevchenkivskyi court of Kyiv elected a measure of suppression of a man who called for terrorist attacks.

On January 6, the SBU announced the suppression of the activities of a neo-Nazi terrorist group of followers of the Australian terrorist Brenton Tarrant. According to investigators, the leader of the group is an attacker nicknamed "Hitler", but in fact his name is Oles Chernyak.
According to investigators, through electronic means of communication and instant messengers, he organized a secret network for the mass distribution of materials, with calls and instructions for committing terrorist attacks on racial and religious grounds.
He was informed of the suspicion of committing a crime under Art. 27 (types of accomplices) and Art. 258-2 (public calls to commit a terrorist act) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Despite the seriousness of the charge, the court decided to send the suspect under night house arrest.
