Today Odesa OVA posted notification of the order of the Chief of the Odesa Regional Military Administration Maksym Marchenko No. 6/К-2023 dated 10.01.2023, which released Oleg Muratov from the position of Deputy Head of the Odesa Regional State Administration.
The order itself is not published on the OVA website, so it is difficult to talk about the reasons for the dismissal. In addition, Oleg Muratov is still on the website of the administration appears deputy head of the Regional State Administration.

On the same day, a court session was held to choose a preventive measure. The court decided to send the deputy head of Odesa OVA to the pre-trial detention center for two months - until March 4, with the possibility of bail in the amount of 3 million 220 thousand 800 hryvnias.
Oleg Muratov does not admit his guilt and emphasizes that he is ready to cooperate with the investigation.
According to lawyer Vadym Oksyuta, "there are a number of falsifications on the part of the SBU and the prosecutor's office in the case, in particular, there was no search of the suspect's car at all."
On January XNUMX, it became known that Oleg Muratov was released from the detention center on bail.
