"In the period of 2016-2017, the managers of the state-owned enterprise, abusing their official position, embezzled the property of the State Enterprise Odessa Sea Trade Port. They did not provide services for escorting gas-carrying vessels with tugboats of the port fleet in the amount of UAH 1,8 million, which caused damage to the state-owned enterprise in this amount," the message says.
