Money tree: in the Odesa region, a three-meter Christmas tree was built from coins

She entered the Book of Records of Ukraine.

In the village of Dobroslav, in the Odesa region, an unusual Christmas tree was created. It will consist of coins with a denomination of five kopecks. The height of the unusual Christmas tree is three meters. About it on your Facebook page reported head of the village Lyudmila Prokopechko.

9800 five-kopeck coins and one two-kopeck coin were needed to build the "money tree". Coins for the Christmas tree were collected in advance by adults and children united around an interesting idea. Sculptor Kirill Maksymenko collected and soldered the Christmas tree together.

The art object was included in the Book of Records of Ukraine - this is already the 17th record recorded in Dobroslav.

"We kicked off the New Year and Christmas holidays and traditionally set another (17th!) Ukrainian record," Lyudmila Prokopechko wrote.

It should be noted that five kopecks were previously removed from monetary circulation.
