Residents of the expensive Kryzhaniv complex "Green Cape" were in for a fecal morning today, in the literal sense of the word. The reason is a collapsed sewage collector.
The fact is that around 11 a.m. people discovered that their expensive homes, which cost, even today, during the war, two hundred and more thousand dollars each, were flooded with sewage.
Dirty water and feces filled some basement floors by more than a meter.
Appliances and things literally floated in it. In the houses, on the street - everywhere there was a terrible nauseating smell.
Realizing the futility of their attempts to deal with the situation on their own, the residents began to sound the alarm — calling the management company, the water supply company, and the State Emergency Service. However, no one could help them stop the flood.
Journalists were called to the scene of the accident, four hours later - at lunchtime.
The first thing that caught our eye were people, men and women, trying to adjust the pumps themselves to pump out the smelly water.
And no utilities nearby...
Elementary, even the water management company "Green Cape" shut off only a few hours after the accident.
Residents say about the management of the housing complex: "they were running here, calling somewhere...". Question: where?
"Infox" learned about the accident from residents who called the call center at 11:52, sent a car, conducted an examination and found that the collapsed collector did not belong to it. So, repairing it is that simple, water supply workers cannot.
The management of the Kryzhanivsk KP "Nadia", which serves the OTG, learned about the accident from us, journalists, around 16.00:XNUMX p.m.... and also sent specialists. They went to the place and also determined that the collector was not theirs.
Around 17:00, the elite village was still flooded with sewage sludge.
And the representatives of the management company did not resolve the issue for the whole day.
The emergency collector turned out to be without an owner - during all the years of existence of "Green Cape", no one bothered to check it, take it on balance or hand it over to "Infox". It was beneficial for everyone - he was simply forgotten.
At the same time, the residents conscientiously paid the managing company for communal services, maintenance of home networks and the territory every month - at an increased, construction, by the way, tariff.
Larisa Kamenovska, the deputy head of the Zeleny Mys housing cooperative and the head of the utility sector, promised us that they would resolve the issue, but she did not specify when and how exactly.
All the services of the city and OTG were called up by the residents themselves, and all the phones were disconnected.
As a result, the Infox company, together with the city authorities, is now thinking about how to help residents in the repair of nobody's pipe.
According to preliminary information, work can begin tomorrow. How long they will last is still unknown.
No one is talking about compensation for material damage with people at all.
It turns out that today everyone wants to collect money from residents, and when something happens, people are left alone with their grief. And the administrators only wave their hands...
