A costume procession of Roman legionnaires leading to the execution of Jesus Christ will pass through the city center on Saturday, April 27.
The atmosphere of the event will allow everyone to become not only a spectator, but also a participant in the Easter events. For several hours, the main street of the city turns into the "Way of Sorrow". It is divided into sections - voiced scenes that develop the dramatic events described in the Bible.
The finale of the procession is the final scene, where the audience can see the moments of the crucifixion and resurrection of Christ.
Historical costumes were sewn according to ancient patterns based on iconography using the cut of clothes of the 1st century. Seamstresses used the advice of reenactors and costume designers. Each suit is made of natural fabrics.
The organizers provide an opportunity for everyone to become a hero of the procession and take part in the Reconstruction.
