From January 1, 2022, the minimum wage for Ukrainian doctors was increased. This decision was taken by the Cabinet of Ministers at today's meeting, January 12.
Now doctors will receive at least 20 hryvnias, and nurses - at least 13,5 hryvnias. UAH
"The amount of wages for a fully fulfilled monthly (hourly) rate of work is set at the level of not less than 20 thousand hryvnias for doctors (with the exception of interns) and professionals with higher non-medical education who are admitted to medical work in medical institutions," says the text of the resolution.
It should be noted that the increase in salaries for medical workers has been talked about for a long time, when the state budget for 2022 was formed, amounts for the new salary were included in it.
In 2021, the minimum salary of doctors was UAH 6.
