Proceedings have been initiated in the Economic Court of the Odesa region, the essence of which is the declaration of bankruptcy of the Odesa communication company "Intertelecom". The trial will be held on September 10, the hearing has already been scheduled.
The ruling noted that the Broadcasting, Radio and Television Concern (RRT) applied to the court to declare International Telecommunications LLC bankrupt.
The court session is scheduled for September 10.
Guided by Art. Art. 28, 34 of the Bankruptcy Code of Ukraine, Art. 234 of the Economic Procedural Code of Ukraine, the court ruled:
1. Application of Radio, Radio and Television Concern (04112, Kyiv, ul. Dorohozhitskaya, 10, EGRPOU code 01190043) on the opening of proceedings in the case of bankruptcy of the limited liability company "International Telecommunications" (65007, Odesa, ul. Malaya Arnautskaya, 66, EGRPOU code 30109015) to accept for consideration.
2. Consideration of the application for the opening of proceedings in the case will be scheduled in the preparatory court session on September 10, 2020 at 14:30 p.m., which will be held in the premises of the Commercial Court (Odessa, Shevchenko Avenue, 29), courtroom No. 2, tel. / 0482 / 307-990).
3. To oblige:
The applicant must provide: original documents attached to the application; evidence that the amount of the creditor's claims is not fully secured by a pledge of the debtor's property, evidence of sending the application with attachments to the debtor's address.
The debtor must provide: a response to the request for initiation of a bankruptcy case with evidence of sending a copy to the applicant indicating in the response the existing objections to the applicant's claims; information regarding the total amount owed by the debtor to creditors for obligations that provide for the payment of funds, including for the payment of taxes and fees (mandatory payments), for the payment of wages; information about the debtor's property, as well as all the debtor's accounts in banks and other financial and credit institutions, account details; information about all accounts on which rights to securities owned by the debtor in depository institutions are recorded, their details; information on the debtor's activities related to state secrets; certificate of privatization authorities (bodies authorized to manage state-owned objects) on the presence or absence of state-owned property, which in the process of privatization (corporatization) was not included in the debtor's charter capital, on the balance sheet of the enterprise, in respect of which proceedings have been opened.
Let us remind you that the Intertelecom company was supposed to get a 4G license together with the three main mobile operators, but was unable to pay for it on time. Then the company promised to pay by July 1, and it seems that the investors were ready, but they were going through the procedure at the European Bank, about what claimed at that time, the deputy general director of the company, Aleksey Khakhlyuk. But the money never arrived, and the top manager resigned from the company. So it is obvious that the operator's prospects are not bright at all, especially after he gave part of the frequencies for the development of 4G in favor of Kyivstar.
