A representative of the Iraqi Ministry of Internal Affairs told Reuters that at least 13 people were killed, but some of the wounded are in serious condition and the death toll may rise.
Later, the representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Iraq informed the Kurdish information channel "Rudau" about 17 dead.
Note that this is the first such incident since 2017, when the country's authorities announced victory over ISIS.
