Dmitry Neskoromny, who is called the probable mastermind of the murder of SBU officer Andrey Naumov, on his Telegram channel, he begins to "merge" documents criminal proceedings and reports that he is not involved in this case.
On January 23, 2021, at a briefing, the head of the investigative department of the Main investigative department of the SBU Anatoly Bulych and acting the head of the department of the Prosecutor General's Office, Andrey Lysokobylka, said that the Shevchenkivskiy District Court of Kyiv had chosen a preventive measure for suspect Yuriy Ivanovich Rasyuk arrested on January 22, 2021, in the form of detention without bail.
According to the materials of the criminal proceedings, it is Yuriy Rasiuk who is suspected of preparing the murder of the second SBU employee, Andrey Olegovich Naumov.
However, the advisor to the head of the President's Office, Mikhail Podolyak, reported that it was SBU Colonel Dmytro Neskoromny who wanted to eliminate the head of the SBU, Andrey Naumov. Which, in his opinion, has connections with the former head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andrey Bohdan.
During the briefing on January 23, 2021, when asked by the media about the involvement in the high-profile case of the former First Deputy Chairman of the SBU Dmytro Neskoromny, Anatoly Bulych noted that procedural norms do not yet allow this information to be made public. However, he assured that in the near future representatives of the SBU will hold a separate briefing, where they will provide new materials for the investigation, in particular, on this issue as well.
But Dmitriy Neskoromny himself, acting ahead of schedule, made public copies of the documents, namely the Petition for the application of a preventive measure in the form of detention in criminal proceedings No. 22020000000000154.
It follows from the document that the SBU documented several meetings of Yury Rasyuk with a conditional executor of the murder named "Oleg":
- First meeting: November 2020: "Kalyna" restaurant, ul. Moskovskaya, 29-A, where the parties agreed on the order and determined the amount for the performance in the amount of 50 thousand US dollars.
- Second meeting: 03.12.2020: restaurant "Yabloko" Kyiv, ul. Ivan Mazepa, 11-B. On it, Rasiuk showed "Oleg" Naumov's photo. At this meeting, a condition was announced: after the attack, Naumov must be hospitalized for at least 6 months.
- Third meeting: 19.12.2020/11/6: restaurant "Yabloko", Kyiv, ul. Ivan Mazepa, XNUMX-B, at which Rasyuk clarified his demands: after the attack, Naumov must be hospitalized for at least XNUMX months, or die altogether.
- Fourth meeting: 12.01.2021: restaurant "Velyur" St. Lev Tolstoy, 43, in which "Oleg" received one more participant with the pseudonym "Yuriy Viktorovich" 1 thousand. $ US for the organization of the murder: surveillance, establishing routes of movement and places of residence.
- Fifth meeting: January 13.01.2021, 8: Yunikom car wash. Kyiv, Voenny proezd, 1, where Rasyuk transferred another XNUMX US $ to organize the murder.
Sixth meeting: January 22.01.2021, 2, St. Bolsunovskikh, 4 in which Rasyuk transferred another XNUMX thousand to "Oleg". US $.
After the sixth meeting, Rasiuk Yury Ivanovich, born in 1967, was detained by SBU officers. Criminal proceedings are registered on the grounds of the crime provided for in Part 1 of Article 14 h. 2 Art. 28, Art. 348 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
It also follows from the materials of the case that the person who was supposed to fulfill the orders of Yury Rasyuk is Artemov Sergey Viktorovich, born in 1975. But when he learned that Naumov was an SBU employee, he was afraid to carry out the order and turned to the police with a report of the crime.
On his Telegram channel, Dmitry Neskoromny reports that according to the case materials, he has nothing to do with this contract killing: "My honest name is NOT mentioned in the case materials. Not once. In general. All this is fake, falsification, incompetence. Judge for yourself who is lying. From this entire collection of waste paper, I draw an unequivocal conclusion that Ivan Gennadievich (Bakanov, the head of the SBU) is being used in games that are not for him."
In addition to the "plum" of these documents, Dmitry Neskoromny promised to reveal the secrets of SBU Chairman Bakanov:
"Admiring the views of one German town, I plan to publish in the coming days information about the lady of Bakanov's heart, who lives in Moscow, whom he yearns for, and who is an instrument of blackmail by the FSB. In addition, I am reporting on who receives kickbacks and "dividends" on "Bolsh stroitelstve", about Yermak's family ties in Russia and the true reasons why the exchange of prisoners was thwarted," said Neskoromny.
