In Odessa, law enforcement officers have initiated criminal proceedings on the theft of electoral documents. This was reported in the press service of the regional police.
In the precinct, the chairman of the Odessa district territorial election commission with a statement that the secretary cannot establish the location of two decrees on the creation and formation of the composition of rural, township territorial election commissions after receiving them in the established order.
In order to objectively establish the circumstances of the incident, information on this fact was entered into the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations under Part 1 of Art. 357 (theft, misappropriation, extortion of documents, stamps, seals, possession of them by fraud or abuse of official position or their damage) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
