Contract on the procurement of the Agency with the community was concluded on April 26, 2023, without the use of an electronic procurement system, and as stated in it, the Velikodolinska community purchased consulting services on issues of business activity and management. The contract does not disclose other details.
Questions that arose: What exactly are informational and advisory services? Why were these services purchased from the Agency and not from another organization? Why are consulting services given to the community?
If the Veliko Dolynsk settlement council buys such consulting services, then, probably, the competence of the employees and the head of the settlement council is not enough to solve the issue, which forced this procurement to be carried out with budget funds.
In general, according to the resource You control, consulting services The Regional Development Agency of the Odesa region awarded 27 contracts for the total amount of UAH 1.
