At the very beginning of the Tairov housing estate, at the intersection of Marshala Zhukov/Street Stroiteley, a modern club-type residential complex is being built - "Kaleidoscope". Many companies only promise similar space on the roof, but we will definitely have it, that's 100%. Functionally, the roof area will be divided into several parts. The first one is intended for recreation of adults and children: there is a workout area with simulators and a children's playground. There is also a separate area for practicing yoga, and sunbathers will be able to sunbathe to their heart's content on a specially designated area with sunbeds and umbrellas. - What about the internal device at home? Is there anything in the house for a comfortable stay?

— At the design stage, all norms of the National Institute for Insolation and sanitary norms were observed.
