Due to the fires in the Luhansk region, almost 19 hectares, a number of settlements, as well as about 000 houses, were damaged by fire. This was reported by the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Denys Shmyhal.
According to him, there are still several hot spots with which rescuers are fighting.
- They are localized. Settlements are protected. Appropriate forces are stationed at all borders. Two hundred ground vehicles and about 2,6 rescuers are working, Shmyhal said.
According to the State Emergency Service, the most difficult situation developed along the demarcation line on the territory of Stanichno-Luhansk, Novoaidarsk, Severodonetsk districts, where 32 settlements fell into the affected area.
