Telegram channel the, that the International Detective Bureau for the Search of Foreign Corrupt Assets "Absolution" established that "the business activities of Nadiya's mother and Oleksandra Borisov's wife have signs of a fictitious business and actually exist to cover up and legalize corruption income received thanks to the "activities" of their son and husband, military commissar Yevhen Borisov. After all, the military commissar himself worked in the civil service in the military all his life, and therefore could not legally earn such significant funds. Moreover, he would not be able to legalize them in Europe. That's why he needed relatives-entrepreneurs.
Investigative journalists consider, that Borisov's mother and wife opened accounts abroad - in Austria and Hungary, and put money there under the guise of dividends and profits from business activities. And later, in 2022-2023, these funds were used to pay for the purchase of residential and commercial real estate in Spain. According to the plan of Military Commissar E.M. Borysov, washing money was to be completed in the Kingdom of Spain by legalization through the acquisition of real estate in Marbella.
However, the International Detective Bureau for the Search of Foreign Corrupt Assets "Absolution» prevented this by giving international publicity to the case and submitting statements to the law enforcement and anti-corruption authorities of Ukraine, the Kingdom of Spain and the EU.
Telegram channel «Auditor" also the about another possible source of Mr. Borisov's income: "Despite Cabinet Resolution No. 922, which allows sailors to go abroad for work, the TCC and SP (military commissars) ignore it. In the Odesa region, the centers of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine are recruiting sailors require bribes for crossing the border, the tax is $6. There are more than 500 sailors in Odessa, so the amount of shadow "cash" in the military commissars can reach $80 million — here is a source for foreign real estate purchases.
