This morning, the Rescue Service received a report that a person had drowned in Odesa near the Bypass Road of the Khadzhibey estuary.
Officers of the State Emergency Service arrived at the scene of the call and found out from eyewitnesses that an unknown man was fishing. A large fish caught his hook and dragged him into the water, he lost his balance, fell into the water and drowned.
